Email hello@filelink.pro and mention File Link Pro. Include the page, what you expected and any error message. For an account request, identify the sign-in email or phone number you use. Do not include verification codes, API keys, full card numbers or the secret portion of a share link.
Manage your subscription
You can update payment details, view statements and cancel renewal from Billing. Contact us if you cannot access those controls.
Report a problem
To report unlawful content or abuse, send the link without its # fragment and explain the concern. To report an accessibility barrier, include your browser and assistive technology if relevant. For privacy, deletion or business data-processing requests, explain what you need so we can verify authority and respond.
