Terms of Service
These terms describe the responsibilities that come with sending files, using a workspace and subscribing to Premium.

Using the service
These terms govern File Link Pro at filelink.pro, operated by SKB HOLDINGS LLC, Montana, United States. By using the service or creating an account, you agree to these terms. Account holders must be at least 18 and able to enter an agreement. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts and access
Keep control of your sign-in email or phone, verification codes, API keys and complete share links. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Requesting a phone code sends an authentication message; message and data rates may apply. It does not enroll you in marketing texts. Email sign-in is also available.
Plans and payments
One-off larger transfers cost $2 per started GB for guests or $1 per started GB when signed in, with a one-GB minimum charge. For transfer limits and billing, one GB is 1,073,741,824 bytes. The quote is shown before payment. One-off links expire seven days after upload completes and do not renew. A completed payment can be reused to retry that transfer in the same browser tab for seven days; keep the original file and tab available. Premium includes files up to 1 GB within a 10 GB workspace allowance.
Free sharing does not start a subscription. Premium is offered at $6 per month or $48 per year, before applicable taxes or discounts. Checkout displays the billing period and amount due. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. A failed payment or expired entitlement may pause paid workspace and API access.
Cancel renewal in Billing before your next renewal. Ordinary cancellation keeps Premium access through the paid-through date shown there. Payments are non-refundable, including unused time and renewal charges, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Your files and sharing choices
You retain ownership of your content. You authorize us to store encrypted content and process metadata as necessary to provide the service and the sharing settings you choose. You must have the rights and permissions required to upload and share files. Do not send unlawful content, malware, stolen information or material that violates another person’s rights.
The complete share link contains the decryption key. Keep it private. We cannot recover a lost key, recall a downloaded copy or guarantee that recipients will not forward a link. Download counters count requests for access, not confirmed saves. Expiry and revocation stop new access; previously issued short-lived download authorizations may remain usable briefly.
Limits and acceptable use
File-size, storage, expiry and request limits are displayed in the product and enforced by the service. Do not bypass quotas or access controls, abuse authentication messages, impersonate others, probe private data or disrupt the service. We may limit or suspend activity to protect users, address material violations, comply with law or investigate abuse.
Keep your own copy of important files. File Link Pro is a transfer service, not your sole archive. Network, device and provider failures can affect availability. Do not rely on a transfer link as a permanent backup.
Ending use and third-party services
You can stop using the service and cancel renewal at any time. To request complete account deletion, contact hello@filelink.pro. Canceling renewal and deleting account data are separate actions. Existing links retain their own expiry settings unless revoked, and deletion cannot recall copies already saved elsewhere.
Authentication, storage and payment providers operate under their own terms. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or additional implied warranties. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and questions
Updates carry a new effective date, with additional notice or consent where required. Price changes will be communicated as required before taking effect. Contact hello@filelink.pro with questions. These terms do not require arbitration or waive non-waivable consumer rights.
